We grow, grow, happy as a new dawn

Happiness is truly a state of the mind. We choose it for ourselves. Sadness, despair, unhappiness, all these will never go away if we refuse all possibilities other than the one we have decided is the best. But we never know what is the best. Who can say that he can predict every outcome from every possibility. No one can. Let go of our preconceptions and embrace the could be-s, accept the viewpoints of others, relish all the excitement of unknown. Only then will we find the beauty in life.

Life never happens as we expect it to. There's always a silver lining to the twists and turns it throws at us.

We stood, steady as the stars in the woods, so happy-hearted; And the warmth rang true inside these bones. As the old pine fell we sang, just to bless the morning. Careless and young, free as the birds that fly with weightless souls now.

This is not the way i want my story to end

So tired of the routine. When will there be some spark in this life. I've lost so much dynamism over the years. Waiting for all this to end. Go out and live your life. Those were the days my friend, we thought they'd never end; Then the busy years went rushing by us, we lost our starry notions on the way
Nothing ever really gets me down, other than when I feel that I am not wanted. One of the saddest moments is when someone isn't happy to see you. Body language tells a whole story on it's own. How pathetic is it that someone you barely know can raise a bigger smile. I hate life in university sometimes. None of the lecturers, professors, doctors, tutors, teaching assistants really care if you do well. Their job is to come to lesson, dictate the information word by word. If you are smart enough to question what you're learning, what you're doing then good for you. If you aren't, then try your best to tread water and not drown in the ocean. For the next 4 years. I don't understand how one can improve and learn from mistakes when tests don't even come back, not even results. Are we supposed to just bumble our way around? How am I supposed to know if I'm doing things right or wrong. Throwing people into tests without any practices just doesn't make an...

& I tell myself that everything will be alright

The more frustrated I get, the more annoyed at people I get, the more pent up I feel, the more I blog. Thursdays and Fridays are my waste time days in school. Wednesday: Wake up at 6.20 am Sleep at 2.30 am (Trying to solve tutorial questions, and ultimately still failing) Thursday: Wake up at 1 pm (I'm a pig, sorry), Sleep at 2. Waking up at 1pm for 2pm class is bad. Skipped lunch. Forgot my water bottle. Even sleepy the whole day. Shucks. I need to develop a healthier sleeping habit. Everyone says things they don't mean. Never put too much trust in words. Lies, a thousand and one lies. Or maybe, they said it flippantly. They never remembered you.
